Delivery & Returns
As the UPS Centre has various warehouses we aim to have your item(s) dispatched on the same day they are ordered. Cut off time for orders for next day delivery is mid afternoon and this is on a best endeavours basis. Products that require configuration may incur additional delays as well as larger shipments that require a palletised delivery. It is not possible to collect in person except for larger orders and then only by prior arrangement. It may be necessary to increase the shipment charges if the destination is not, in the opinion if our carriers, within mainland UK and subject to standard rates. If this is the case we will notify you of the increase in carriage charge and you may opt to pay this, or cancel your order.
If you wish to return any of the goods please contact us first so we are able to advise you of the process of obtaining a reference number. A return can ONLY be obtained by contacting us at email@example.com where we will process your request for your item to be returned We will then tell you of the returns process which differs for various products and depending upon warranty status. This number must be clearly identifiable on the product packaging and accompanying documentation. We will advise where the product should be returned to and what the course of action will be. Note that we cannot accept the delivery of any package without this number
